We want you to be confident using ContractKit. This page explains when and how refunds are issued.
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is charged during the trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your access is paused — no charge, no refund needed.
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time from your billing dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current paid month. Partial months are not refunded.
Email support@amplituda.pro from the address on your account with:
We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your issuing bank.
We may decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse (e.g. repeated subscribe-then-refund cycles) or violation of the Terms of Service. Statutory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected by this policy.
