Refund Policy

We want you to be confident using ContractKit. This page explains when and how refunds are issued.

Free Trial

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is charged during the trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your access is paused — no charge, no refund needed.

Monthly Plans

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time from your billing dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current paid month. Partial months are not refunded.

Annual Plans

  • Within 30 days of initial purchase: full refund of the amount paid, minus any transaction fees that Stripe does not return to us.
  • After 30 days: pro-rata refund of the unused portion of the year, less a 10% administration fee.
  • Renewals (year 2 and beyond) follow the same rules: 30-day full-refund window from each renewal date.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@amplituda.pro from the address on your account with:

  • Your firm name;
  • The email on the account;
  • The reason for your request (optional, but helpful).

We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your issuing bank.

Exceptions

We may decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse (e.g. repeated subscribe-then-refund cycles) or violation of the Terms of Service. Statutory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected by this policy.
